After our initial meeting, with safety being our first concern he will develop a framework for your first weeks menus. From there we can make changes and expand to a monthly plan to accommodate your ever-changing schedules and needs. 

On-site celebrity, or other events is what Porter has done for over two decades. Known globally for his Culinary Performance, Porter will work with you and develop the perfect live event for your Food or Wine Festival, Charity Event, Auction, etc. He is a noted skilled EMCEE, for events up to 5,000 attendees and works indoors and out. He is also a skilled Celebrity Food and Wine Judge available offering great feedback alone or as part of your judging panel. 

Porter's TV Series, Entertaining People and Bestselling Book Parties & Celebrations makes him the ultimate event partner. He has created and executed over 100 residential entertaining menus for two to two hundred. With over 350 published recipes, there is no theme, corner of the world, or family heritage he cannot create in the comfort of your home. 

In addition to Porter's decades of experience, he is also an avid boater, former yacht owner and highly skilled in developing on-board chef services for up to 8 guests. Porter owned and operated Flyingfree Charters based in San Francisco Bay for 8-years and has created onboard events for up to 100 guests. As the Host of  Kids In The Kitchen, Porter brings his culinary skills down to earth both teaching and cooking for kids of all ages. Those tricks of how to work healthy options into kid friendly favorites is key to keeping the whole family happy.  

Personal Chef Services are available for your vacation. From three to 30-days, Porter can merge his Global Cuisine with your family's daily meal preferences, vacation BBQ's beach parties, etc.
